Immediately prior to the SSI meeting, a summer school on the theme "The Immune system in health and Disease" will be arranged. Preparatory lectures on selected topics from the conference will be intertwined with interactive group discussions. The teaching staff will consist of both invited lecturers from the conference as well as experienced teachers from SSI. For the afternoon of the 12th, a combined poster session and student pub is planned.
