We have the pleasure of welcoming you to the 38th Scandinavian Society for Immunology meeting to be held at the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, Sweden. The meeting will focus on the immune system in health and disease. Topics that will be discussed include immunity to infections and tumors, vaccine development, autoimmunity, immunity in relation transplantation and allergy, and immunodeficiency’s.

Following the tradition of SSI, the meeting will provide an opportunity for young scientists to meet the experts of the field and present their own work as oral presentations and as posters. We hope that the outstanding scientific program together with the social events in Stockholm will create an unforgettable atmosphere for informal and stimulating scientific discussions.
